If you’re foregoing the camping or parking-spot hunting, you can catch the 134th Rose Parade on a screen, whether it’s a TV, a tablet or a phone.
No matter which platform, set your alarm for 8 a.m. Jan. 2 PST, because that’s when things kick off.
If you’re going to view by television, the parade will air on ABC, KTLA 5, NBC, Peacock, Cowboy Channel, and RFD-TV — or Rural Free Delivery.

There are several streaming options: You can stream the broadcast via the apps associated with ABC, NBC  (Peacock) and Univision.
There’s also DirectTV Stream, Hulu + Live TV,  Sling TV, or YouTube TV.

You can watch the live stream from a tv, computer, tablet, or smartphone through compatible streaming services, but remember some require a cable subscription for access.

The 109th Rose Bowl Game, following the parade, will be broadcast at 1 p.m. PST only on ESPN. No. 8 Utah Utes, champions of the Pac-12 conference, match up with No. 11 Penn State.
The game can be streamed on or the ESPN app, DirecTV Stream, Disney+, ESPN+, fuboTV, Hulu + Live TV, Sling TV, or YouTube TV.
Attendance at the Rose Bowl itself is pegged at 87,842. According to ESPN, 16.6 million tuned in to watch the game on television.
Internationally, the Rose Parade will be broadcast live in Armenia, the Caribbean, Latin America, and on American Forces Network.
