Tottenham will be looking to get back to winning ways at the weekend after recent defeats to Manchester United and Newcastle left the club reeling.
It has been a particularly disappointing time for Spurs after what had been a successful start to the campaign, and they will see this weekend’s fixture at Bournemouth as a must-win.
The Cherries can be difficult to pick off – but as West Ham showed on Monday evening, a bit of quality can hurt the newly promoted club, and we expect to see Tottenham get all three points.
Accumulator tip 1: Tottenham to win
Chelsea manager Graham Potter will take his new side to his old stomping ground Brighton on Saturday for the first time since leaving the club.
While still unbeaten as Chelsea manager, he will be disappointed that his team let a one-goal lead slip against Manchester United last time out, and he had to settle for a 1-1 draw late on at Stamford Bridge.
The seagulls are yet to win under Potter’s successor Roberto De Zerbi and the pressure will be on the new man to get a positive result. We feel that this could play right into Chelsea’s hands.
Accumulator tip 2: Chelsea to win
What a season it has been so far for Newcastle as they currently occupy a space in the top four, with last weekend’s victory at Tottenham showing how far they have come under Eddie Howe.
Aston Villa have appointed Unai Emery as their new manager after the sacking of Steven Gerrard, but the former Arsenal boss does not take charge until after this game – something the Magpies can capitalise on.
Newcastle’s home form is excellent and they remain unbeaten at St James’ Park so far this season. That is a run we predict will continue on Saturday.
Accumulator tip 3: Newcastle to win
